There are certain protocols and restrictions in place regarding when you can withdraw the CCRB that you have, depending on how the CCRB has been acquired.
Firstly, you can only withdraw your CCRB once you have a total of $40 or more of CCRB in your account.
If you have purchased more than $40 worth of CCRB, then you can withdraw it immediately.
Any CCRB that you earn that is a 10% commission from someone who has purchased CCRB on the website after you have referred them, can be withdrawn immediately.
You can only withdraw CCRB that you have earnt from referring people to the website if they have registered on the site and have then gone on to purchase or be active on the Shop & Mine section of the site. If they have not purchased or been active, then the CCRB will remain in your pending account until such time as they do become active on the site, and it will not be released into your Approved CCRB Account and therefore you will not be able to withdraw it.
Note that once CCRB from people you have referred to the website who have not purchased or been active on the website has been released into your Approved Account from your Pending Account, you will only be able to withdraw that CCRB once you have more than $40 worth of CCRB in your account.
If you do not have the minimum amount of $40 worth of CCRB that is required to enable you to withdraw, then you can acquire more CCRB either by simply purchasing more on the website, by mining for more CCRB through shopping on the internal CCRB platform, or you can refer and earn more approved referral bonus CCRB to get you above the minimum $40 worth of CCRB required for withdrawal.
You can change the wallet that you are using on the CCRB website yourself by going to the ‘Withdraw CCRB’ section of the website, then deleting your current wallet if it does not have any transactions currently associated with it, and then adding a new wallet to replace the previous one.
If you have an existing wallet on the site that has transactions associated with it but that you no longer wish to use, simply click the ‘Add CryptoCarbon Address’ button and create the new wallet you want to use instead, you will then have multiple wallets on the CCRB website and you can simply choose which one to use whenever you process a transaction.
Your withdrawal can take anything up to 72 hours to go through, even though normally it is much faster. The CCRB that you earn from referrals will be pending in your account until the end of the Token Sale, unless the registered person that you referred purchases more CCRB, in which case your CCRB earned from the referral will be released into your Approved CCRB account.
The CCRB that you have earned from affiliate referrals to the website will be pending in your account until such time as the person(s) that you referred make a purchase of CCRB on the website, or are active in the Shop & Mine section of the website.
If they do not purchase or are not active on the site after they register, then the CCRB will remain in your pending account and will not be released into your Approved Account, meaning that this CCRB will not be available for withdrawal.
3 types of document are required in order for us to carry out your KYC verification:
1. ID Verification - a government issued, non-expired, unaltered photo ID showing expiry date and your date of birth.
Note your ID proof should contain your name exactly as it appears on your CCRB account, as well as a recent photograph of you.
Please attach an original photocopy / scan of your ID (Passport or Driving Licence) with the entire edges of the page visible. Note we are unable to accept screenshots.
2. Address Verification - a recent utility bill or bank account statement (not more than 3 months old) matching the name and address you have entered when you registered.
Attach a scan or a photo of any document produced within the past 120 days, that clearly shows your name and your residential address (which should match the details you entered when you registered for your CCRB account).
3. Bank Account verification - please send a recent bank account statement (not more than 3 months old). The statement must clearly show your bank account details and your full name.
After submitting your registration, you will be sent an activation email to your registered email address. Follow the link to activate your account and you can login straight away.
